Online Counselling and Psychotherapy Session Fees

• 50 minutes session – £60
• 90 minutes session – £100
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping

EFT Tapping can be integrated into your ongoing therapy sessions or offered as a standalone approach. If you choose EFT Tapping as a standalone therapy, the initial session lasts 90 minutes and costs £100, allowing time for a thorough assessment and introduction to the technique. Follow-up sessions are 50 minutes and cost £60.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) Therapy

EMDR therapy is available in both 50 minutes and 90 minutes sessions. Longer sessions can be helpful when working more deeply with trauma, allowing enough time to process experiences at a steady and manageable pace.

Online therapy offers flexibility and convenience. You can attend sessions from anywhere you feel comfortable and private, whether that’s a quiet room at home, or at work, your parked car, or even a peaceful spot in the park.
All you need is a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. There’s no extra time spent travelling, making it easier to fit therapy into your busy schedule.
I’m fully trained to deliver therapy online, ensuring that our sessions are just as safe, confidential, and effective as meeting in person.
I offer online counselling and psychotherapy across the UK via Zoom or Google Meet. The meeting link will be emailed to you before the first session. Joining online meeting is usually straightforward. However, please do not hesitate to ask me if you would like step-by-step instructions.
